Itineraries

Planning a trip? Our travel itineraries are day-by-day trip plans based on our own journeys. Each itinerary includes what we did, where we stayed, how we got around, and practical tips for pacing your trip.

Whether you are looking for a 3-day Singapore itinerary, a week in China, or a family-friendly Japan trip, you will find real itineraries with realistic pacing and on-the-ground advice.

All itineraries are written from first-hand experience. We update them regularly based on return visits and reader feedback.

Travel Itinerary FAQ

  • How do I use these itineraries?

Each itinerary is a suggested day-by-day plan. You can follow it as-is, mix and match days, or use it as a starting point and adjust based on your interests, pace, and travel style. We include transport tips, where we stayed, and what we would do differently.

  • Are these itineraries family-friendly?

Most of our itineraries are based on trips we took as a family. We include pacing that works with kids, rest days where relevant, and notes on what is suitable for different ages. You can always adjust the pace or skip activities that do not fit your group.

  • Can I combine itineraries for a longer trip?

Yes. Many of our itineraries can be combined. For example, you can pair a Singapore itinerary with a Malaysia or Thailand leg, or combine city guides in China for a longer trip. We often link related itineraries within each guide.

  • How often are itineraries updated?

We update itineraries when we revisit a destination or when we receive feedback that something has changed (e.g. transport, opening hours, or new attractions). Check the date on each post for when it was last updated.
